Honesty and integrity before profit is how they operate. They literally saved me thousands. Nick fixed my AC when another company tried to sell me a new system. Do not call anyone else.

We used Joe Cool's Heating and Cooling to install a concealed mini split air conditioning unit. This was a unique install for a few reasons. Our home is old (not a lot of space between walls), three stories, and we needed to somehow supply cool air to our 2nd and 3rd floors without compromising the home's design. Nick, proposed the idea of installing a concealed mini split unit underneath a 3 stair crawl space on the 3rd floor that would supply air down to the 2nd floor and through the stairs for the 3rd floor. Not only was this a creative install to optimize efficiency by supplying air to two floors from one indoor evaporator, but it also looks better than having wall hung mini split units or ceiling cassettes. Very discrete and works seamlessly with the home. Nick's accommodation was unparalleled to any other contractor I worked with in the area. Impeccable communication, professionalism, patience, and knowledge. Nick's ingenuity and ability to design and work with the home's aesthetic is an innovative and refreshing approach to HVAC. We had local competitors disclose that they also have never heard of a concealed ducted mini split, so the Joe Cool's team are definitely on the cutting edge!

They came promptly, and diagnosed the problem quickly. It isn't fixed, because the problem was an electrical one that the Condo itself has to fix, but I was VERY happy with Joe, who came out. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, and I would absolutely call them again.

WOW! This company really impressed me. I guess third times a charm! We had a company come in to install our thermostat and the guy messed up and left us without heat for two days. We were sent a second company to fix whatever he did. That company told me we needed a whole new furnace and everything was awful and proceeded to list all the things we would need to do and costs associated...3 days before Christmas. With a baby. And no heat. Couldnt guarantee it would be fixed by Christmas. Called us numerous times about it to instill fear in us and try to get us to do more work. We called Joe Cool for a second opinion. Thank God we did! Anthony and JoJo showed up and they found the problem right away. They were very knowledgeable and explained it to us both technically and dumbed it down for us. These two must have been working together for a long time because they worked so well together. They worked clean and were respectful of our home (unlike the previous companies). They got our heat up and running in under an hour. Gave us great advice going forward on maintaining the system and just I mean I could go on and on about this company. There's definitely a big difference between a great HVAC company and just any old HVAC company and this company truly is great. Even the communications I had with the office and the owner prior to them coming out were so kind and compassionate and you could tell they care and take pride in their community and look to do whatever they can to best serve their customers. We WILL be repeat customers. I come from a big family and they all knew our heat was out and I let them all know that JoJo and Anthony saved the day from Joe Cool. I couldn't thank them enough. Highly recommend this company. DONT JUST PICK ANY COMPANY. Please learn from our mistakes. That won't be happening again! Joe Cool from here on out!
